The research, done thematically teams of two students, will focus onto the motives, ideologies and strategies from various perspectives of airport companies, architects, users, employees, artists, opponents etc.. The research will be supported by professionals from the Netherlands. Finally, the research will give insight into the logic, characteristics, conflicts and potentials of this unique urban type. It will give the students a common base for their fieldwork and project.
