Film »Two Houses« nimmt an der Ausstellung »Atmosphérique, filmer l´architecture« im Arc en Rêve in Bordeaux teil
Der Film Two Houses, 2019 aus dem gleichnamigen Forschungsprojekt an der Professur Entwerfen und Wohnungsbau entstanden, wird vom 27.7.-03.09.2023 in der Session #02 in der Ausstellung »Atmosphérique, filmer l'architecture« im Arc en Rêve in Bordeaux gezeigt. Die Ausstellung beruht auf einer Zusammenarbeit mit dem CCA – Centre Canadien d’Architecture Montréal und TRANSFER Global Architecture Platform Zurich.

Halfway between an exhibition and a festival, »Atmosphérique« explores the many ways in which video can contribute to the transmission of architecture and space. Over the last decade, video has established itself as the documentation and experimental tool best suited to conveying the meaning and context of an architecture, a place or a space. A new generation of artists has emerged in a wide variety of locations, exploiting the possibilities offered by digital technology and the circulation of images online. Throughout the summer of 2023, arc en rêve’s main gallery will be transformed into a screening room, offering a glimpse into this landscape of filmmakers and directors. Structured into 4 sessions of one month each, »Atmosphérique, filmer l´architecture« presents the work of 40 authors – exploring the many ways in which video can contribute to the transmission of architecture.
