Der Entwurf beginnt mit dem Erfassen des Ortes. Studiere das Gelände, die Fotos und die Stimmung des Areals. Halte gedanklich fest, welche räumlich-atmosphärischen Ideen sich bei der Betrachtung einstellen. Was für ein Bild kommt dir vor Augen, wenn du dir die nachhaltige Stadt von morgen an diesem Ort vorstellst?

In dieser Übung nähern wir uns dem Maßstab der Entwurfgebiets an. Wie groß sind 14ha und wie viel Stadt passt da eigentlich rein? Wie dicht stellst du dir die nachhaltige Stadt von morgen vor?

'Before, After'
Design begins with capturing the site. Study the terrain, the photos and the mood of the area. Mentally record what spatial-atmospheric ideas come to mind as you look at it. What image comes to mind when you imagine the sustainable city of tomorrow on this site?
'City Puzzle'
In this exercise, we approach the scale of the design area. How big is 14ha and how much city can actually fit in it? How dense do you imagine the sustainable city of tomorrow?
