The exhibition and the accompanying book are the results of an intensive process of reading and thinking, discussing and researching, writing and taking photographs. The seminar “TIRANA. Architecture as Political Actor” took place in summer semester 2019 at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, conducted by Tobias Adam (Experimental Photo Studio) and Ulrike Kuch (Theory and History of Modern Architecture). In this seminar we combined the theoretical lens of Actor-Network-Theory (ANT) with the artistic approach of photography to find our own approach to Tirana.

The opening of the exhibition and book release will take place on October 15th, 2019 at 7.00 pm in the first floor of the main building of Bauhaus-Universität Weimar.
