The equal opportunity office cordially invites you to take part in the online-workshop „Empowerment – Setting Boundaries & Saying No“ on November 11, 2-5 p.m.
The aim of the workshop is to empower female and non-binary students through:
• activation of resources and presentation of strengths
• recognition of the intersectional basis of feminist perspectives
• the visualization of analytical critical work of black female activists, scientists, authors of colour
The workshop conveys tools to deal with verbal and non-verbal discriminatory and offensive conduct, provocations and attacks. A focus lies on the entanglement of sexism and racism.
Target group: female and non-binary students/PhD candidates
