Lecture: Niklas Hamann and Michael Braun
As part of the 11th Central German Forum 3D Printing in Application, Niklas Hamann and Michael Braun will each give presentations on their current research work.
Niklas Hamann will focus on the field of “Digital Orthotics”, where the design of a cyber-physical process chain for the individualization of 3D-printed foot orthoses with special emphasis on patient-centered approaches is in the foreground.
Michael Braun addresses the area of “digital craft" and thus the (interactive) interconnection of digital design and machinic fabrication, focusing on robotic 3D printing of bespoke, ceramic design objects.
