Please note that a personal, free of charge e-mail address has been created for you from the moment you received your login data. The University will only use this e-mail address for its official communication with you! So please check this inbox regularly.
With your login, you can use the student portal BISON to access other student services (e.g. for your health insurance or child benefit) online or to update your address data.

Introductions and projects for first semester students
Special introductions are offered for first semester students. In short-term projects and workshops, students get to know the professors and academic staff of the degree programme and their teaching fields. They are also introduced to the workshops. This will give you an insight into the opportunities offered by studying at the faculty of Art and Design.

Für Erstsemesterstudierende werden ebenfalls spezielle Einführungen in den wissenschaftlichen Lehrgebieten angeboten, sowie eine Auswahl von wissenschaftlichen Seminaren, die im Vorlesungsverzeichnis ausführlich beschrieben sind. Ph.D. Programme
The Ph.D. degree programme offers two teaching weeks in presence per semester:
from 18 to 22 November 2024 and from 17 to 21 February 2025.
