Dear students of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and the Hochschule für Musik FRANZ LISZT Weimar,
From 4 to 6 February 2022, a student-organised Winterwerkschau will take place for the fifth time – hybrid or online, depending on the pandemic situation. For the first time, students from all faculties and the HfM are invited to participate. From now until Monday, 27 December 2021, you can register for the semester show.
On the weekend of 4 to 6 February 2022, you will have the chance to present your projects and modules to a large audience. In addition to the »summaery« – our large annual exhibition in the summer – the student-organised Winterwerkschau also serves as an opportunity to show the results of the winter semester, to exchange ideas and to let the semester come to an end.
For the time being, it is not important for you to have completed your work. A rough description of your project and the planned exhibits is sufficient. Please note that depending on the pandemic situation, the winter work show can only take place hybrid or online.
If the pandemic situation in February allows it, hybrid formats in presence will also be possible. In our Location Atlas we have compiled a list of possible exhibition locations outside the university for you. With the help of livestreams, window shows, projections of short films and other alternative formats, we also want to diversify the hybrid offers. Let yourself be inspired and dare to try out new concepts so that this year's Winterwerkschau will be something very special!
