Recognising Academic Achievements
Where and when can I apply for recognition of academic achievements?
Applications for recognition (along with the other relevant documents) should be sent to the chair of the examination committee and submitted to the person in charge of your degree programme’s examination and academic affairs. Please note that the examination committees typically meet once a month during the lecture period. Be sure to submit your application in good time.
I want to have academic achievements from other degree programmes recognised. What do I need to do?
Submit your application as described above, along with your transcript of records. If your transcript of records dos not include all of the modules you have completed, contact the person responsible for examination and academic affairs in you degree programme in advance.
I want to have academic achievements from a previous degree. What do I need to do?
The first step is to make an appointment with the academic advisor for your degree programme. Following this meeting, complete your application for recognition, prepare all the relevant documents and submit it as described above.
I need an English transcript of records. How can I get one?
You can find a transcript of records in Bison.
Module Examinations
When and where can I register for module examinations?
You will be sent an e-mail reminder to register for module examinations. The e-mail will include information on deadlines for registration and de-registration.
Final Project
How do I register my final project?
We kindly ask you to register for Bachelor's and Master's examinations digitally only.
Be sure to fill out the relevant registration forms (found in the »Downloads« section of this page) and submit them together with any other necessary documents via e-mail to the person responsible for examination and academic affairs for your degree programme.
Please direct any questions regarding modules in the final semester to your final project supervisor.
Can the deadline for my final project be extended?
Extensions may be granted upon formless request to the examination committee. This request should be submitted to the person responsible for examination and academic affairs for your degree programme along with written consent from your supervisor.
If an extension is necessary due to illness, please submit your certificate/doctor’s sick note to the person responsible for examination and academic affairs for your degree programme.
Were do I submit my final project?
Your final project should be submitted at the same place where it was registered. Once you have registered, you will receive confirmation of registration and deadlines from te person responsible for examination and academic affairs for your degree programme.
Where and how will I receive my transcript and certificate?
You will be notified by e-mail when you certificate and transcript are ready. Make sure that the person responsible for examination and academic affairs has your correct contact details
