18. D-A-CH Conference & DGEB Thesis Award
The researchers and doctoral students of the Chair of Advanced Structures presented new results at the 18th D-A-CH conference in Kiel (September 14th to 15th, 2023). The conference is a notable gathering of civil engineers and scientists from the D-A-CH region to promote knowledge exchange, experiences, best practices, innovations and research results in the field of earthquake engineering and structural dynamics.
In a significant highlight for the Chair of Advanced Structures, MSc. Daniel Agudelo Gomez (Buro Happold), was honored with the prestigious DGEB Funding Award in recognition of his exceptional master thesis in the field of Earthquake Engineering. The Chair of Advanced Structures extends its hearty congratulations to Daniel for this remarkable achievement and is proud to have such talented individuals as part of its network.
