The given circumstances – a tranquilized present, the waiting on a reopened tomorrow – make it harder to create a difference with the own works, to share perspectives and to stimulate with contrasts. But because of that – or nonetheless – the student's works will be shown in a digital gallery for two weeks. For the students the exhibition is also a proof to the necessity of artistic productivity.

A »safespace« means a physical and virtual space or room, in which every individual can escape the daily difficulties and threats to their body and soul. A space, where everyone can explore and evolve themselves freely and where it's possible to gain new strength. The students experienced their first semester under special circumstances. Therefore they learned to create themselves a safe space, where everyone can share and feel well. The virtual exhibition gives some impressions of what the students enabled themselves to do in their »safespace«. A variety of works were created: paintings and drawings are represented in the gallery besides video-works and sculptures.
