My research targets the cross-sections of Information Retrieval, Large Language Models, and Web Technologies. I'm currently involved in several digital humanities projects, most actively in the development of the IR-Anthology, as well as the DFG project Curating The Feed. I wrote my PhD thesis about Information Retrieval for the Digital Humanities. Since my stay at Adobe Research, we collaborate with Adobe in the project Deep Text Analytics. I'm one of the founders of the TIRA project, our initiative towards evaluation as a service.
