Nicolas Weber supported the Chair of Innovation Management and Media of Prof. Dr. Reinhard Kunz from October 2022 until March 2023. He is also a research assistant at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Marketing, of Prof. Dr. André Marchand in Leipzig since October 2020 and continues his work within the DFG project "The Success Formula for Hedonic Media". The project started in 2019 at the University of Cologne, where Nicolas Weber led, among other things, the seminar for Entertainment Marketing. He completed his studies in Business Administration - Media & Technology Management (M.Sc.) with a thesis on success factors in the video-on-demand market. Before that, he studied Business Administration at the University of Mannheim (B.Sc.). In addition to his academic activities, he worked for media companies in film distribution and streaming services. In his private life, Nicolas Weber devotes himself to his passion for entertainment media, but also often finds himself at the stove, working on new culinary creations, which he has also had the pleasure of presenting on German television.
