Mental Ecologies of Images
“Mental Ecologies of Images” is an online series of encounters with theorists and scholars working on the subjects related with contemporary visual culture at the intersection with postcolonial discourse, information technology and critical psychiatry – co-organized by Elena Vogman, Pawel Moscicki, and Olexii Kuchanskyi.
The series took place in December 2023 and was hosted by Jasna 10: Społeczna Instytucja Kultury Krytyki Politycznej, an interdisciplinary cultural center operating in Warsaw, Poland, the academic journal View. Theories and Practices of Visual Culture (https://www.pismowidok.org), and the research project "Madness, Media, Milieus. Reconfiguring the Humanities in Postwar Europe" at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar.
