Podcast »Auf eigenen Wegen«

What do the creative minds do after leaving Bauhaus-Universität Weimar with a degree, extensive know-how, and plenty of motivation as they embark on their professional journeys? What is it like to become self-employed right after graduation and what challenges must be overcome? These are the questions Martha Hennersdorf, a former team member of the neudeli Startup Hub, explores with Bauhaus alumni in the podcast »Auf eigenen Wegen«.

Martha’s interviewees come from a wide range of disciplines and study programs – from media culture to fine arts. What unites them is their involvement in the creative industry, whether as freelancers or entrepreneurs. In candid conversations, the alumni share how they work creatively – solo or in teams – the freedoms they enjoy and the unexpected tasks and surprises that self-employment brings.
