Support for travel to a partner or potential partner university

Travel to partner or potential partner universities within the EU, Norway, Liechtenstein and Turkey can be supported through the Erasmus+ programme. For travel outside Europe, the DIB has an International Cooperation Fund which accepts applications for funding.

Funding rates Erasmus Staff Mobility

Here you will find funding rates divided into a one-time flat-rate travel allowance and a flat-rate per diem accommodation allowance.

Application procedure Erasmus Staff Mobility

Applications can be submitted on a rolling basis. Here you can find out how to apply and which documents have to be submitted before, during and after a stay abroad.

International Cooperation Fund

Travel outside Europe for the purpose of initiating and maintaining partnerships can be supported through the International Cooperation fund. Grants may also awarded to scholars from abroad visiting the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar.
