Exhibition Portal for Outstanding Final Theses in Architecture and Urbanism
Of this year’s graduating class, nearly 225 students have have already successfully completed their studies in the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus pandemic and the associated hygiene regulations, the graduation ceremony and exhibition could not take place in their usual form. To make up for this, the faculty developed a digital exhibition format.
On exhibition are 39 outstanding graduate theses from all seven study programmes in the faculty.
Bachelor and Master theses are available for viewing in plan, illustration, photo and text formats at www.uni-weimar.de/architektur-und-urbanistik/ausstellung2020. All projects have been nominated by their supervising professorships.
The event winners will be announced online and honoured, in particular, by this year's jury members Julia Köpper (Architekturkollektiv Oktagon Leipzig), Thomas Wittenberg (Architektenkammer Thüringen Board of Directors) and Max Wasserkampf (Naumann Wasserkampf Weimar) Further information to come.
