zdf@bauhaus: concerts of Alice Merton and Tim Bendzko broadcast on 3sat
In October 2019, pop singer Alice Merton and singer-songwriter Tim Bendzko took to the stage in the University Library at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar for the 3sat zdf@bauhaus concert series. Students from the university were actively involved in the artistic and creative stage conception.
The concerts hosted by Jo Schück will be broadcast on 3sat for the first time on 7 and 14 December 2019. They will be available in the media library for viewing a short while before they are broadcast on TV.

Clip of the concert venue
A clip of the concert venue, the University Library at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, was published on the 3sat website in addition to the concerts. Director Dr. Frank Simon-Ritz answers many of presenter Jo Schück’s questions – about the library’s tasks and stock, for example. The book storeroom was just one of the film locations.
