An official investiture ceremony will be held for Prof. Dr. Karl Beucke on Wednesday, 6 April 2011 at 5:30 pm in the main auditorium of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. Following the ceremony, the vice-chancellor will invite the guests to a reception in the lobby of the University Library.
In the evening prior to the ceremony, Tuesday, 5 April 2011 at 7 pm, the outgoing vice-chancellor, Prof. Dr. Gerd Zimmermann, will be honoured at a farewell party in the main building of the university.
