summaery2014 is part of Weimarer Sommer 2014
You may immediately register for the competition (deadline: 23 June 2014, midnight). Registered projects and events will appear on the official website and the printed summaery2014 programme. If you miss the deadline, you are still allowed to enter your proposal, but we regret that we won't be able to include your name in the programme. Only projects and collaborative events by students of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar are eligible for entry in the competition. Please note that only those projects specifically registered as events will be designated as such under the category "EVENT" at the project website.
Rooms/free space
To reserve rooms or space, please contact the proprietor in question. Ms. Heike Sander (raumvergabe-sl[at]uni-weimar.de) is responsible for allocating space in the Audimax, and Ms. Raika Nebelung (raika.nebelung@uni-weimar.de) for assigning free/outdoor spaces on the campus grounds and in the lobby of the University Library.
summaery2014 and the opening party on 10 July are registered in the city of Weimar by University Communications. Anyone who wants to host a public event or party outside regular opening times of summaery2014 must register it independently with the Amt für Allgemeine Ordnungs- und Aufsichtsangelegenheiten at least eight days in advance. Registration is free of charge. The contact person is Mr. Patric Schindler in the Amt für Allgemeine Ordnungs- und Aufsichtsangelegenheiten of Weimar (allgemeine-ordnung-und-aufsicht[at]stadtweimar.de).

world.wide.weimar – The Alumni reunion at summaery2014
The Bauhaus-Universität Weimar invites its alumni to the sixth »world.wide.weimar« alumni reunion as part of the summaery2014 events. Our alumni will have the chance to take individual tours of the exhibition featuring innovative, creative and extraordinary student works, and engage in an intensive exchange with students, professors, employees and fellow alumni of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. The get-together in the Saturday evening with the traditional champagne reception at the Bauhaus.Atelier will give alumni a chance to meet old friends and make new ones. To get into the festive spirit, our alumni are also invited to the summaery2014 opening ceremony at the main building on Thursday at 7 pm.
As in past years, the Alumni.Info stand will once again be situated in the Bauhaus.Atelier in the inner courtyard of the main building, Geschwister-Scholl- Straße 6a.
