You may register for the competition from May 2016 to 27 June 2016, midnight. Registered projects and events will appear on the official website and the printed summaery2016 programme. If you miss the deadline, you are still allowed to enter your proposal, but we regret that we won't be able to include your name in the programme. Only projects and collaborative events created by students of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar are eligible for entry in the competition.
Rooms/exterior space
To reserve rooms or space, please contact the responsible administrator.
Ms. Heike Sander (raumvergabe-sl[at]uni-weimar.de) is responsible for allocating space in the Audimax, and Ms. Raika Nebelung (raika.nebelung@uni-weimar.de) is in charge of assigning free/outdoor areas on the campus grounds and in the lobby of the University Library. These areas are already awarded in 2016.

Please, follow the house rules of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar (only available in german) concerning the use of rooms and exterior space within the university area.
summaery2016 and the opening party are registered in the city of Weimar by University Communications. Anyone who wants to host a public event or party outside regular opening times of summaery2016 must register it independently with the Amt für Allgemeine Ordnungs- und Aufsichtsangelegenheiten at least eight days in advance. Registration is free of charge. The contact person is Ms. Schenk in the Amt für Allgemeine Ordnungs- und Aufsichtsangelegenheiten of Weimar (Fon 03643 762 355, allgemeine-ordnung-und-aufsicht[at]stadtweimar.de).
