You may register for the competition from 4 to 19 June 2019, midnight. Registered projects and events will appear on the official website and the printed summaery2019 programme. If you miss the deadline, you are still allowed to enter your proposal, but we regret that we won't be able to include your name in the programme. Only projects and collaborative events created by students of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar are eligible for entry in the competition.

Ms. Heike Sander (raumvergabe-sl[at]uni-weimar.de) is responsible for allocating space in the Audimax, and Ms. Raika Nebelung (raika.nebelung@uni-weimar.de) is in charge of assigning free/outdoor areas on the campus grounds and in the lobby of the University Library.

Please, follow the house rules of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar (only available in german) concerning the use of rooms and exterior space within the university area.
Tour for exhibitors on outdoor areas - Thursday, 4 July, 10 am to 11.30 am
Exhibitors with projects on outdoor areas will be able to meet the security officers of the University as well as those responsible for house services and real estate. The tour starts on area 3 (behind Amalienstraße 13) and ends at area 11 (behind green: house). Registered projects are informed by E-Mail.
As an exhibitor at summaery2019, you and your mentoring teacher will be responsible for the content, safety and compliance with legal requirements when presenting your project. Which regulations apply to you depends, of course, on the nature and scope of your project as well as your special exhibition location. The regulations and instructions provided by the Security Management Service Centre will help you with your orientation.

summaery2019 and the opening party are registered in the city of Weimar by University Communications. Anyone who wants to host a public event or party outside regular opening times of summaery2019 have to register it independently with the Amt für Allgemeine Ordnungs- und Aufsichtsangelegenheiten at least eight days in advance. Registration is free of charge.
