Project description
Students reflect on their life as a project. As with classic project management, goals and content can be defined, and financial and time plans can be drawn up. But one can also refuse this rational approach and develop other approaches or methods to express what one wants out of one's life. The ideas of Participants are to be reflected as a kind of collage in a performance that is to be performed at the summaery at the end of SoSe 2022. As a professorship for construction management/construction economics, we teach construction project management, but one's own life is the most important project that we have, that one has to manage and that is subject to similar questions and challenges. Or not? Do you want to move through life spontaneously and unplanned? Give chance a chance? Isn't it different than you think? Or do you have a kind of master plan that sets up a few guard rails, but adapts to new circumstances, contacts, topics? In this field of tension, students should exchange ideas, discuss with each other and express their opinions. The medium for this is completely free, but will presumably correlate with the different ideas. It can range from a detailed schedule to a dance performance. It can be self-written poems, a painted picture, a piece of music, a short lecture or a piece of architectural vision or city dreams, daring fantastic constructions. What goals do I want to commit myself to? Personal or social projects? Where do I want to position myself?
