In their animation film »To live«, the filmmakers Qianqian Zhang and Jingjing Lu tell the story of an entrepreneur whose company goes bankrupt as a result of the economic crisis. The desperate business man plunges into a state of complete hopelessness and decides to kill himself. He goes to the top of a skyscraper with the intention of throwing himself from it when he discovers a line of people waiting to do the same. A man standing behind him is in such a hurry to die that he offers the protagonist money to cut in front of him in the queue. While waiting for his turn to jump, the protagonist suddenly hits upon a new idea, which sparks new hope and he leaves the queue.
