Dear Professors,

As we enter the second half of the year, we want to highlight opportunities available to you and the research members of your professorships in 2024:

There are still several open calls for applications in summer 2024 for students about to graduate, for those interested in domig a Ph.D., for doctoral candidates and for postdocs. This includes scholarships available until the end of August. Please make sure to bring these opportunities to the attention of promising applicants and support them in their application process, as most formats require letters of recommendation from a professorship.

We have put together various qualification programs that may be of interest to you, or to doctoral candidates and other researchers in your subject areas, whether within the university, in the Bauhaus.Track, or in the "Leadership and Career in Academia" network.

In July, the BRS team will be taking a break to prepare for upcoming projects such as the Scholarship Ceremony@Long Night of the Sciences and new perspectives as part of the BAUHAUS4U project. We will be on a summer break from 10th July and will be back in full force from 1st August.

We wish you a wonderful and successful end to the summer semester - best wishes,

Ute Mai, Franziska Matthes, Katharina Reinholdt, Marion Hensel, Diana Schmidt, Meeta Khurana-Wolff
