with an experienced professor? Are you motivated to network with colleagues in the same
career phase from your and other universities and to develop your personal profile? Then apply now
to participate in the Rowena-Morse-Mentoring-Program!

The interdisciplinary program supports female doctoral students in the final phase of their
doctorate and postdocs in the orientation phase in planning their career path. During the 12-month
program, mentees network with each other, attend workshops for further training and receive
individual advice from experienced professors at Thuringian universities in group mentoring
sessions.

The following documents must be enclosed with
your application:
• curriculum vitae in tabular form
• a short letter of motivation
• letter of recommendation from
a superior or a caregiver
