With the fund, the Equal Opportunity Office supports projects that contribute to the qualification and career development of women and/or TIN* persons at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. In addition, the Equal Opportunity Office uses the Women's Promotion Fund to support projects that focus on gender issues in research and teaching or aim to increase the proportion of female and/or TIN* students in STEM subjects
