Through Wisa+ Women in Science and Arts the Equal Opportunity Office provides committed support for up-and-coming scientists, artists and designers in developing network relationships and in professional and personal development.
Target group: Female and/or TIN* Ph.D. students and Postdocs from all faculties at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar

Beyond the city boundaries – Thuringia-wide Mentoring Programme
The programme offers support to female Ph.D. students across all disciplines who are in the final phase of their doctoral studies, as well as guidance for female postdocs on further career planning. In addition to the assignment of a mentor, specific workshops on professional development are also offered. Within the scope of peer mentoring sessions the mentees connect with academics of other Thuringian universities and are supported by experienced professors at Thuringian universities in group mentoring sessions.
