Explanations

  • Ingoing mails relating to departments/projects are forwarded to the respective mailboxes of the participating persons.
  • Changes can be sent informally by email to: nutzerservice[at]uni-weimar.de.
  • The email address requested here cannot be used as the sender when sending emails.

General information

  • The applicant must be an employee of the Bauhaus University Weimar or the Liszt School of Music.
  • Mailing Lists are provided for a limited period of time. The maximum duration (life cycle) per application is therefore three years from the date of installation.
  • Renewals must be applied for independently before the expiry date by submitting a follow-up application using this form.
  • The applicant is fully responsible for the use and transfer of the permissions and resources applied for.
  • The applicant will be notified by email once the application has been processed.
  • Upon termination of employment, the responsible person transfers responsibility to a subsequent responsible person who informs the SCC by submitting a follow-up application using this form.
