Plotting and printing service in the SCC computer pools

In the IT pools of the SCC, there are colour and b/w laser printers for A4 and A3 formats as well as plotters for outputting large-format prints. The printers and plotters are installed at the workstations and are immediately available after logging in with your personal user ID. The print job is output directly on the device used with the selected settings.

Plotting in the SCC computer pools is only possible by prior appointment. If you would like to use the plotters in the SCC computer pools, please contact the Plotting Service. Information can be found in the contact section on this page.

To be able to print on multifunction devices, you must have credit on your print account. With your personal user ID and your personal »Thoska card« , you can manage your print account and charge print credits. There are top-up terminals all over the campus. Among others, you will find a terminal in the anteroom of the computer pool in Steubenstraße 6a or in the teaching building in Marienstraße 1A.

To use the plotting service, you must have credit on your Thoska-card.

The costs for you for the use of the printers and plotters are limited to consumables. This includes plain and special paper. The prices for the plots depend on the type and size of paper.
