Users of our IT infrastructure can also be supported remotely by the IT contact persons of the SCC and the faculties in case of questions and problems. A remote maintenance solution is available for this purpose, which is operated on our systems.

Among other things, it makes it possible to show the user's own screen in order to explain questions and to remotely control the user's own device by the person in charge. It can be used for almost all common operating systems.
