If you have forgotten your password at the Microsoft portal, please do not use the Microsoft link on the Office 365 login page (see screenshot).
Instead go
Students of the Bauhaus-Universität:
https://shibbo.scc.uni-weimar.de/office365/pwreset
Students of the University of Music FRANZ LISZT Weimar:
https://shibbo.hfm-weimar.de/office365/pwreset
Enter your university login under »Username«
(not the user name you use at Microsoft, i.e. not your university mail address).
Enter the university password under »Password« and click on
»Request new password for Office 365«
You will receive an email with a new password to access Office 365 from Microsoft.
