Office signs are comprised of a ring-binder mechanism attached to a basic MDF board. All printed information is hole-punched and hung on a board. The sheets have different lengths and provide relevant information, such as the room number, occupant and availability. Thanks to its flexibility, users can easily update or add information to their office signs when necessary. A transparent plastic foil protects the sign from damage. Office signs are available here as a download. The font, size, position and format of the signs are predefined. All you have to do is enter your personal information into the template, print it out and hang it up outside your door.
