At the kick-off event, various stakeholders from the central institutions were invited to get an overview of why the QSE Work Group is dealing with complaint management and what information the QSE Work Group has collected on this topic so far. The information includes the current status of the complaints processes at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and good examples from external higher education practice. Discussion of the initial steps toward a University Complaints Office followed. It was agreed that the QSE Work Group would work on an information page on the Bauhaus University website that would list contacts and processes in case of problems, criticism or complaints.
The draft will be discussed in detail in a workshop, for which a date has not yet been determined. If you have any suggestions in regard to this topic, please contact the QSE Work Group.
