The Integration Team and its members, within the scope of their responsibilities, comply with SGB IX, the Framework Integration Agreement, and other regulations which take into special consideration employees with disabilities or at risk of disability. Furthermore, the Team supports reintegrating those employees who have been ill for more than 6 weeks into the workforce in accordance with »Betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagements« / BEM (company integration management).
