Scholarship Commission
The Scholarship Commission was appointed by the Senate on 6th of November 2019 for three years. In accordance with § 5 of the Satzung für die Vergabe von Stipendien an der Bauhaus-Universität Weimar (statutes for the award of scholarships at the Bauhaus University Weimar, MdU 58/2019) in connection with (MdU 71/2020), it is composed as follows:

Duty and Procedure
The duty of the scholarship commission is to determine the prerequisites for granting a scholarship and to define the funding level, any special allowances, and the funding period. At the same time, the scholarship commission fulfils the tasks of the respective commission according to the Thüringer Graduiertenförderungsverordnung in its valid version. As a general rule, the scholarship commission shall take the decision on the award of the scholarship within 2 months after the application deadline.
