But not only that! We invite you to try out our workshops, take a campus tour, gain an impression of our practice-oriented training and enjoy the unique flair of the culturally rich university town of Weimar.

If you wish to increase your knowledge in a certain subject area, you may attend courses at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar as a guest student, i.e. without formally enrolling in a degree programme.

Lecture for student groups

The General Academic Advising offers lectures (in English) for student groups about studying at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. We give information about our academic programmes, applying and registration and try to help students, based on their personal requirements, to get successfuly through the process of orientation for a study.

Science Discovery Centre

Specialising in construction, the environment, and computer science, the new location at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar is being developed for STEM enthusiasts and students interested in science and technology from the 4th grade and up.

Student campus tours

The Bauhaus.Botschafter are students of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar who can answer your questions about their degree programmes. They offer first-hand information during tours and workshops to help you decide whether their respective programme and the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar are right for you.

With the digital Bauhaus Campus Tour 4.0, individuals or groups can discover the university campus. All that is needed is the smartphone and a little mobile data volume. During the tour exciting insights into the four faculties of architecture and urbanism, civil engineering, art and design and media will be given.

In this exhibition, students of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar transforme the campus and the town into a presentation venue. All faculties opened their doors for four days to present the best student projects of the year in exhibitions, installations, models, performances and film presentations. » more
