The Members' Assembly
All members are entitled to vote in the Members' Assembly. The Members' Assembly is called and chaired at least once a year by the Director of the International Heritage Centre.

The Board of Directors of the International Heritage Centre consists of:
a) the Director; and
b) two further members, each as voting members
and
c) the Academic Management as an advisory member.
