Tutors for the Studieneinführungswoche (Freshers Week).
The Studieneinführungswoche at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar is the event for all first-year students. For a good success we need your support from 5 to 11 October 2024!
Together with the General Academic Advisory Service, which organizes all interdisciplinary information events during this week, and the events of the StuKos, we welcome all first-year students to Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. We help them arrive in Weimar and at the university in their first week.
As a tutor, you will support first-semester students from your study programme, provide answers to questions about starting your studies, and convey all necessary information in individually scheduled meetings.
The assignment as a subject-related tutor is remunerated with a lump sum of 150,- Euro. We need about 80 - 100 tutors for the Studieneinführungswoche.
We do not process anything that you do not want.
The information will be processed exclusively within the framework of the consent you have given for the purpose of registration and implementation as a tutor for the Studieneinführungswoche at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. The consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time in writing, by e-mail (studium@uni-weimar.de, subject: Studieneinführungswoche) or fax (+49 (0) 3643/58 23 60).
Registration as a tutor for the Studieneinführungswoche
Registration as a tutor is voluntary. By providing your data, you enable us and the future first-year students of your study program to inform you about the availability of dates and places and to use you subject-specifically as a tutor for the study introduction week.

The data you provide will be stored digitally by us. Your personal data (e-mail address, name and, if applicable, address) will be deleted no later than 12 months after the end of the introductory study week.
