1) Why are you researching or studying at the Bauhaus University?
I am studying at the Bauhaus University Weimar, because I valued the Bauhaus movement, especially when there was a strong linkage between arts and crafts. I felt that my research could fit well in a university that supported such linkages. I also went to a German School in Colombia, so the German culture is familiar to me.
2) What is special about your project, why is it relevant?
My research is relevant because it makes women’s struggles, positive ways they find to confront moments of crisis such as the covid-19 pandemic, and the significant role they could play in the construction of a more equal and sustainable society.
