Uncertainty Evaluation
In this class I created writing exercises, investigating the tension between writing and meaning. In the second half of the semester I focused this framework towards making a questionnaire about personal uncertainties. I exhibited the final questionnaire at the Summaery. The sheet had a second print-through page and participants we're encouraged to take home the questionnaire and leave the print-through page at the pinboard next to the table.
Stage I: Filling Pages
The first series of exercises focused on the physical act of writing. Looking for meaning in filling pages and constructing new words from random letters.
Stage II: Writing Scores
The second iteration is a small Zine with writing scores. These are inspired by the materiality of pen and paper, the idea of creating meaning as well as new modes of writing like ChatGPT.
Stage III: Uncertainty Evaluation
The Idea of uncertainty came to e when I did a Presentation about Werner Heisenberg and the implications of his Uncertainty Relation. This became a startingpoint for a questionnaire on personal uncertainties. I produced 3 iterations of this questionnaire so far.
