Hey my fellow tankies, friends and whoever may read this, | |||
coming out of 2020 (Yay!) has left me feeling exhausted and frustrated with the current situation a lot of us are in…and frankly the state of the world :/ | |||
To keep up the fight against these oppressive systems (aka Capitalism/ Neoliberalism, racism, patriarchy etc. etc. etc.) takes a lot out of us and I feel it is equally as important to at the end of the day, reflect and recharge. For this purpose I made this little 20 Minute Meditation for you. It focuses on grounding and loving yourself in your body but doesn't forget to add a little bit of radical spice at the end.
