Assigment - My own project - I tuned the sound of my 555 monostable mode circuit on my own tinnitus tone, that I can hear in my right ear. Than I created series of soft graphite drawings, that can be connected to the electric circuit. The sound of the drawings can be modified by touching it. | |||
I worked with several different ideas in this project: | |||
1/ piece of art generating a sound by itself, using its own physical properties | |||
2/ inviting the spectator to touch the very personal piece of art, giving him or her the possibility to change the condition of the artwork for a little while. | |||
