Materials:
- Medium:
- 100 ml of distilled water
- 2g of agar
- oat flakes
- Mix Agar with water and microwave it till it starts to boil
- Fill the petri dishes and let it cool down till its gel
- Extract parts from another culture of physarum and oat flakes attach it to the medium
- I fed the plasmodium (alive already) with oats (I placed the organism in the middle) at surround the petri dishes to see what happens. After feeding I placed them in complete darkness with 25°C.
