Description
Art and design research is getting a growing number of conferences which present an opportunity for scholars to publish their work and discuss results with peers. This class aims to give you the tools to publish. Join this class with your research. We will survey the research landscape for the topic of your work and produce a submission for a conference. We'll look at appropriate methods and how to meet the criteria in regard to form and content. We will learn to use free software to help you organize your bibliography items, add illustrations and typeset the papers efficiently.

Künstlerische Forschung und Design Research kann auf mehr und mehr Konferenzen präsentiert werden und stellt für Gestalter*innen eine hervorragende Gelegenheit dar ihre Arbeit zu publizieren und die Ergebnisse mit dem Fachkollegium zu diskutieren. Dieser Kurs stellt die Werkzeuge, Methoden und das Know-How bereit um erfolgreich zu publizieren. Bringe deine Forschung mit in diesen Kurs. Wir werden die Forschungslandschaft für dein Thema untersuchen einen Konferenzbeitrag produzieren. Wir werden freie Software verwenden um die Bibliographie zu verwalten, Illustrationen anzufertigen und das Paper effizient zu setzen.
