(An exercise, to form a deeper understanding about the space around us)
The Participatory Performance Describe, by listing... is an attempt to create a ceremonial exercise - balancing a scientific approach with a spiritual practice. By following the guiding words of the performer, the participants are asked describing the space around them. Through these voiced descriptions, the participants are investigating the layers of relationships between them and the space. These investigations loosen the boarder between their outer and inner realm. A heightened awareness about senses and actors in the space, is created as the base for exploring the question of function and meaning.
Performance is set to take place on Feb 8th 2023 in Ilmpark, Weimar.
