SCOBY, microorganism as the constructor
Concept : Investigating the possibilities of creating/designing molds for microorganism to construct and grow in different shapes and patterns, the first attempt, I was trying to create organic shape mold for Fommes Fomentarius, but failed miserably due to the condition of the mushroom. Then I tried to create Bacterial Cellulose and planned to paint with other microorganisms, though I have ethical concerns about the interactions that I could create among them. After that, I also questioned the same thing about how the SCOBY grows, following the width of the jar, if there are possibilities to create different shapes by changing the surface of the container?, The question is still remained unanswered.
