The Thai tea, has an ambiguous history that is still under investigation. The participants can choose the tea of preference and are allowed to customise their own tea also. Observation for the exercises
observation 1
based on my observation of the interaction between the participants and the instructor in the first kickboxing class, participants were divided into 2 levels, the beginner and intermediate. The beginners were following the instructions individually while the intermediates were working in pairs.
