  • 50 to 100Eu insurance, to be paid in September
  • transport on 12th. Felix with R&W?
  • return on 16th. Hans with car?
• $$-installation: a $$ meter by the bar shows in real time how much $$ was donated, and encourages people to donate some more.

Crew:

• 1 to control the announcements - Hans?

These persons can also prepare the room/PA before the meeting - prepare table with projector, and chairs.

Projection: hijacking of tcl/tk commands and redraw them in the master? regular screenshot patch? none, and everyone walks around the players on a table?

Setup:

• tables with 8 laptops, + master with audio routing + main timer patch
• who wants to have their laptop there to play? 7 laptops needed
• who has minijack - jack cables? 8 cables needed

Late night open improvisation marathon
