DIY Microscopy WiSe 2013/2014

30. October 2013
First self-built microscope prototype using a lense from a laser pointer putting it on the iPhone 4 front camera, then holding the object over it. Which is not so easy for the auto focus.

This time we were using again the iPhone 4 front camera with the lense from the laser pointer but with a stage which is much better for the auto focus. We also tried a real microscope in comparision. And discovered darkfield.[1]
